Sierra Range SR-4-24 Description
Good for running multiple pans at a time, the Sierra Range SR-4-24 gas range has four burners, each producing 30,000 BTU of cooking heat. These burners have cast iron grates, transmitting heat efficiently and effectively from the burner to the pan. A crumb tray beneath the burners catches loose food matter to streamline cleaning.
Built of stainless steel, the Sierra Range SR-4-24 commercial range can withstand dents, gouges, and rust. It has a backguard to keep grease and food bits from getting on the wall or dripping behind the range. At the top of this backguard is a storage shelf for bowls, ingredients, or whatever else chefs must store within reach. A 32,000-BTU oven in the range base saves kitchens space otherwise used by a separate unit.
