Description
The Garland X36-6R SunFire® X Series gas range is tough and reliable, designed to do more things with less space. Its cast iron grates provide strong heat for any skillet or pan, aided by 26,000-BTU open burners beneath the grates. Stainless steel components—including the front, sides, backguard, and undershelf—make the range resilient and protect it from rust and scratches. A removable shelf is mounted over the cooking area, perfect for storing spices, sprays, or other stove implements.
Underneath the stove is an oven with an interior made of aluminum and ribbed porcelain, which expedites cleaning but requires maintenance after some time. Its nickel-plated oven rack has fixed-position guides for stability and the door has a keep-cool handle to prevent user burns. The straight steel tube burner heats the chamber with 29,000 BTU of cooking power. The Garland X36-6R commercial range has a thermostat that can be adjusted to change the chamber temperature as needed.
